Anticorruption Compliance Unit

We have professionals who specialize in the development, implementation, and auditing of compliance and integrity programs (risk analysis, policies and practices, training, etc.), carrying out internal investigations and remedial measures, anticorruption-related background checks, anticorruption due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and the evaluation of specific actions under various applicable anticorruption regimes.
